2025 Transit Service Plan, Capital Metro

NLA was the public involvement lead for a project to restructure and enhance the Capital Metro transit network. The recommendations in the 2025 service plan, called “Connections 2025”, mainly focused on the bus network and included phased improvements over a 10-year timeframe. The project involved in-depth analysis of population, employment and demographic trends; review of current transit ridership and performance; and a comprehensive public engagement program.
