County Road 366, Williamson County

NLA is the public involvement lead for a project to improve mobility and safety by widening CR 366 near the city of Taylor in Williamson County.  The existing roadway is 2-lane (one lane in each direction) with open ditch drainage, several stream crossings with pipe culverts, and multiple utilities in the corridor. The proposed project would widen the road to a 4-lane divided roadway with shoulders consistent with the Williamson County Long Range Transportation Plan.

NLA responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a Public Involvement Plan
  • Project contact database creation and maintenance
  • Meetings with Affected Property Owners
    • Logistics (venue, scheduling and staffing)
    • Notifications (invitations)
    • Materials (sign-in sheets, handouts, agenda)
    • Summary reporting and documentation
