Georgetown Overall Transportation Plan,

City of Georgetown

(2003 – 2004)

 

NLA provided public involvement support for the City of Georgetown’s transportation plan development, which included traffic analyses and recommendations for short and long-term transportation improvements within the city limits and surround area.

 

NLA responsibilities included the following:

 

• Public involvement strategy development and coordination
• Open House planning and implementation

• • Venue identification, scheduling and contracting
  • Layout preparation
  • Advertisements (English and Spanish display ads, legal notices)
  • Notifications (letters to elected and agency officials, flyers)
  • Court reporter contracting
  • Event staffing
  • Comment collection and summary report preparation
