Travis County Bridges Project — Jesse Bohls

(November 2009 – January 2010)

 

NLA served as the public involvement team lead on the Travis County Bridges project. A new two lane bridge to the north of the existing Jesse Bohls bridge structure was proposed. The bridge was designed to span the 100-year flood event.

 

NLA responsibilities included:

 

• Project contact database
• Open House planning and implementation

• • Venue identification, scheduling
  • Advertisements (English and Spanish display ads, legal notices)
  • Handout and exhibit preparation
  • Comment collection and response

• Summary report preparation
