Strategic Projects Division Procurement and Engineering Projects, TxDOT

 

NLA was the public involvement lead on three teams that provide support to TxDOT’s Strategic Projects Division (SPD) on procurement and engineering contracts identified for innovative project delivery throughout the state. NLA’s responsibilities have included providing both general and project-specific public involvement support.
