US 281 at Premont, TxDOT

NLA worked as the public involvement lead on the Environmental Assessment for US 281 at Premont for TxDOT. This project will bring US 281 to Interstate Standards in Premont and eventually this section of highway will be a part of the federally designated I-69 system in Texas.
